At first this seems impossible, but when you think about it we bag our garbage in plastic and mix it in with other non compost materials.  When you think of it that way it makes more sense...

Residential is the yellow, we couldn't believe it either, the biggest part of food scrap waste?

That is why we dedicate our efforts solely to residential pick ups.  Also big businesses will haul for businesses, because that is here the money is.  Our motives are more for the Earth, getting paid is something we hope to get later, but for now serving residents, paying for expenses and growth are our goals.

      • In 2019, the OHSWA will begin operation of a state-of-the-art system of capturing 100% of methane from food waste and using it to produce energy (Anaerobic Metabolizing).
